Shipping policy

All orders ship from Louisville, Kentucky via USPS Ground Advantage. We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time: Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your hat is on its way.
Shipping cost: $7 flat rate per order. Free shipping on orders of $70 or more.
Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Address accuracy: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or stolen packages: Once USPS marks a package delivered, it is out of our hands. If tracking stalls or your order hasn't arrived, contact us at louandcobrand@gmail.com and we'll help however we can.
